This link opens your email application. There is no contact form or server-side message collection on this website. We cannot guarantee a response time.
What to include
- The address of the page you are referring to.
- A short description of the error or improvement.
- For a calculator problem, a non-sensitive example that reproduces it.
- For a source correction, a link to the relevant authoritative reference.
Do not email medical records, test results, identity documents or other sensitive personal information. Email delivery is handled by your email provider and the recipient's service, not by the browser calculator.
This inbox is not an emergency service
We cannot diagnose symptoms, interpret an individual legal case or certify fitness to drive. For urgent illness or suspected alcohol poisoning, contact local emergency services. For personal questions about alcohol and medication, speak to a clinician or pharmacist.
What we can actually help with
To set expectations honestly, here is what this inbox does well: factual errors in a guide, a calculation that behaves oddly with specific inputs, a broken source link, a clarity suggestion for an explanation you found confusing, an accessibility barrier you hit on a specific device, and suggestions for a topic the site does not yet cover. Corrections are the most valuable mail we receive — a wrong figure in this subject area affects real decisions, and we fix confirmed errors in place with an updated edition date.
What this inbox cannot do, no matter how politely asked: interpret your personal BAC result, predict your test outcome, tell you when it is legal to drive, advise on an upcoming court date, or counsel an individual health situation. Those questions need a measurement, the relevant authority, or a professional who can see the whole situation. We are a small educational project, and pretending to more would be the exact failure this site exists to argue against.
What happens after you email
Messages are read as the site's single maintainer gets to them; there is no support team, no ticketing system and no guaranteed response time. Corrections that are quick to verify are usually fixed fastest, because they need one source check and one edit. Requests that require research or a new page are triaged against the revision plan and may take longer, or may be answered with a short reply explaining the decision. Silence for a couple of weeks is backlog, not a verdict.
If you reported a factual error, include the source link if you have it — that converts your mail from a claim into a checkable fix. If you write about the calculator, reproducing the exact numbers you entered (weights, volumes, ABV, hours — nothing personally identifying) lets the math be re-run directly. And if your message deserves a reply but contained no return address, it cannot get one; plain-text email from a working address is the format that reaches us best.
