Calculator information
Weight, drink amounts, ABV, quantities and elapsed time are processed by JavaScript in your browser. This implementation does not transmit these fields to a calculation server, place them in the URL or save them in local storage. Reloading the page resets the form.
The theme control changes the current page appearance without saving a persistent preference. Browser extensions, device software and your own browser settings operate independently of this website.
Hosting and ordinary requests
Loading a page or asset requires a request to the website host. A hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, requested path, browser information and request time for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The actual host's logging settings and retention period depend on the deployment and must be confirmed by the site operator.
This edition includes no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or embedded social widgets. We do not claim that the hosting infrastructure produces no logs.
Email correspondence
If you email info@bac-calculator-us.com, your email address, message and any attachments are processed through email services so the message can be received and answered. Do not send sensitive medical information. Contact the same address to ask about a message you previously sent.

Source links lead to independent websites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not control their content, cookies or retention policies. No information typed into the calculator is deliberately attached to those links.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@bac-calculator-us.com. Applicable rights depend on your location and the processing involved. This policy must be updated if the operator adds analytics, advertising, account features or other data collection, with consent controls where required.

What this site does not collect
It is worth stating the negative space explicitly. The calculator form does not send weight, drink entries, ABV values or time fields anywhere — they exist only in your tab's memory and vanish on reload. Pages are not fingerprinted. There is no session ID, no user account, no newsletter list, no comment system storing your name, and no contact form writing messages to a database. The only channel through which we could receive anything from you is a direct email you choose to send.
The hosting layer is the one exception we cannot describe precisely in advance: every web host receives the technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) needed to deliver pages and defend against abuse. What the host logs, for how long, and under which jurisdiction's rules depends on the operator's chosen hosting arrangement. We do not claim otherwise.
Your rights, briefly and honestly
Depending on where you live, data-protection law may give you rights such as access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Because this site collects almost nothing and processes email correspondence only when you write to us, exercising those rights usually means emailing us about the specific message you sent. Residents of the EEA and UK are covered by GDPR-style regimes; California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA; other jurisdictions vary. We do not sell or share personal information, simply because we have none to sell.
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants rights over hosting logs, the practical route is a request to the site operator, who must then coordinate with the hosting provider. We list this honestly rather than promising a data-subject portal that does not exist.
Children
This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The calculator requires only anonymous numeric inputs, and email correspondence is assumed to come from adults. If a parent believes a child has sent us personal information, contact info@bac-calculator-us.com and the message will be deleted.
